New photographer found

I'm thinking Pap will be my new photographer. He emailed pictures that he took with his camera. Okay, maybe I'll keep mommy, but Pap can be an assistant or something. Check out my giraffe costume. You like?

WANTED: New photographer

My first Halloween was a blast and my mom took quite a few pictures of me in my costume. The problem is, she left grammy and pap's house without her camera. So, no Halloween photos until tomorrow or the next day. You all can thank mommy for that!

Boredom

Well, the last few days have been pretty much unenventful. Mom did take some pictures of me this morning as I was waking up. I somehow ended up sleeping on Dad's side of the bed and that's where I woke up. I was pretty happy about it though!

I was trying to tell mommy that she was cutting off my head in this photo, but she wouldn't listen.

Anyway, I'm really fascinated with these two things that mommy tells me are my hands. I like looking at them a lot and putting them into my mouth. Yummy!

Mom said that today she is going to take me to the place where she used to work. I went there once before, but not everyone got to see me, so we're giving it another shot today. Oh, and Grammy wants mommy to bring me to her work too. It's going to be a busy afternoon! Maybe I'll have more on that later. Catch you all later!

We're home from shopping!

Wow! That was so dang fun! Before we left for our shopping trip, Mommy put my sunglasses on me. Aunt Dixie gave them to me before I was born. They finally fit my tiny head. Do you think GQ will be calling? I kid, I kid.

I slept in the car all the way to the mall and woke up as mommy was parking her car. First, we ate at Red Robin. The waitress didn't give me a kid's menu, but Woody let mommy take a picture of his so I'd have it as a memory of my first restaurant outing. I sat in my stroller watching everyone eat, until I decided it was time for ME to eat. Daddy fed me for a little bit while mommy ate. Then mommy fed me while Daddy ate his lunch. Oh, and don't let that one photo fool you. Even though it looks as if I'm being swallowed by my stroller, I am okay.








Then we left Red Robin to head to the Apple store. Daddy purchased the newest version of the Mac OS...Leopard or something like that. I thought we were going shopping for apples...too funny! Mommy just had to go to Children's Place afterwards to buy some clothes for me....YES!!! I just know I'll be the best dressed baby in town.

When Daddy put me back into my carseat to head home, I started screaming because I was so tired. Mommy said it was because I wanted to shop some more. I don't know about that, but I did have fun today. Once the car started moving, I fell asleep until we got home. What a day!

Shopaholic baby

Today I'll be making my second trip to the mall. But this time we're going to Annapolis and not Waldorf (thank God!). Dad wants to go to the Apple store. I'm not sure why he just doesn't go to the grocery store for apples, but whatever! We're also going to eat lunch out. This will be my first time eating in a restaurant. How exciting! I'll share pictures of all of that in another post.

I'll have to post an update later today on how everything went. Mommy is hoping that I'll be good - we'll see!

Me and daddy

I think Dad has taken this shirt on the head thing too far! But, I'm still cute. No?

Then there's the evening that Daddy wanted to play with me on the floor. Just between you and me, I don't think he can hang!

Bumbo, bumbo, bumbo!

When mommy first tried me in the Bumbo seat, I did NOT like it. I immediately started crying "Get me out of this thing!". So, we waited a few days and tried it again. I love it now! It lets me sit up like a big boy and I feel so big in it! Mommy calls this photo "Couch potato", but I thinks she's confusing 'stud' with 'spud'.

Bath time

What can I say, I love taking a bath! The other night when Daddy was undressing me for my bath, he thought it looked funny to leave my shirt on my head. And as you can tell by my face, I agree! What do you think?

Family visit

A few weeks ago, my Aunt Kate, Uncle John, Uncle Kenny, and cousin Jake came to visit for the weekend. We had a really good time. We all went to Woody's soccer game in Dunkirk on Saturday. I only had one screaming fit while they were here, but mommy and daddy were able to calm me down - whew! Here are a few photos from that weekend (unfortunately, mommy was slacking on her photography job and didn't get any of Uncle Kenny!). Next time, mom!

This is also the weekend that I started 'talking' and 'singing'. I make all kinds of fun noises and it's quite entertaining for my family.

Just starting out

This is my first blog. Mommy is going to help me with it, so I hope she does okay.

By now, most of you have seen tons of pictures of me because mommy and daddy are always using their camera in my face. It's okay though, I don't mind. I figure it'll be good to see all those pictures when I get older. In the meantime, I'll share some of the photos here with you as I blog!
