Going bananas!
Tonight at dinner mom handed me this thing. She said it was a mesh feeder with a slice of banana inside. So I figured great! I immediately put it into my mouth.
I even tried tasting the side of it
Then I realized that I had it right the first time, so I put the right part back into my mouth
Wait, what is this again?
Banana? Yeah okay. I don't think so.
I'll just close my eyes and make a wish to make it go away
Oh great, it's STILL here! Yuck!

Apricots and raspberries
No, I've never eaten raspberries. But I love to do them with my mouth! This afternoon I was eating my apricots and decided that a few raspberries were in order. Actually, I did a raspberry with every bite. Apricots sprayed everywhere. Mom laughed at first, but then she said for me to stop. Ha ha ha yeah, like I'd listen!
As you can see, I put my all into it!

Learn & groove
Over the weekend, Joey and Daddy played on the floor with me. We were playing with my new toy, the Learn & Groove table (mom took two of the legs off so I can reach it until I learn to stand).

Vaccinations=fussy baby
So yesterday was my 6 month check up. I got needles in both legs! I was not a happy camper. I did get two cute Sesame Street band-aids though. Everything else went well. Here are my 6 month stats:
Weight - 16 pounds 8 ounces (25th percentile) I'm skinny!
Height - 27" (75th percentile) I'm long!
My doctor said I'm doing great! But yesterday afternoon was rough - right into the evening. Daddy held me all evening until bedtime. That helped some. :) Mom said she wasn't sure if I was cranky because of my shots, or because I'm teething. Either way, I was not happy last night.
Lets hope today goes better!

Half a year!
Can you believe it's been 6 months since I made my debut to this world? Wow, amazing how fast everything goes by!
This morning this is how mommy found me (yes, I was awake!)
I turned and smiled long enough for her to say "You're 6 months old today!", then I went back to my business.
Just some days you don't want your picture taken, you know?
Speaking of pictures, mom is going to attempt to take some 'professional looking' pictures of me this weekend. Pray for me now, okay?

Mamarazzi
A few days ago mom decided to do an informal photo shoot with me. She said she took over 50 pictures! If you know anything about what a flash can do to a babies eyes, please let my mom know because it was just insane! So, I'm sure you're thinking 'Please don't make me look at 50 pictures of you!'. Fear not, they didn't all turn out THAT good! But here are some that are mommy's favorites. **Warning** Major photos ahead!!
